今回は馬刺しが食べたくなり、
前から気になっていた「熊本バルうせがたん」さんへ
熊本料理のお店で、
飲み物も菊鹿ワインから球磨焼酎、デコポンジュースまで熊本名産ばかり(・(ェ)・)
お目当ての馬刺しは、
贅沢に5種いただきました！
期待を超えてきてめちゃ美味しかった～✴️
今回1番美味しかった物は胡麻馬刺し‼️
ヒレの漬けに、たっぷりの胡麻と卵黄のってるの！
ヒレが柔らかくて、甘めの漬けダレと胡麻が
ぅ～まぁ～美味しい～
また、馬肉料理の美味しさを知ってしまった。。
他に頼んだ料理も美味しかったです！
桜ユッケも食べたくなってきた～
また行きたいお店！馬好きぜひ1度！
