ここ最近は渋谷率高し。
ということで気になっていた居酒屋のこちらのお店へ
道玄坂を登り百軒棚にたたずむお店です。
鳥刺しを始め宮崎の地鶏を使った料理が売りとのことで胸高まります。
注文したのは
鶏刺し 3種盛り
生野菜味噌
鶏の白子焼き
まずはお通し
優しめのそぼろ大根でスタート。
シャキッとした食感の大根は歯応え抜群。
お通しにはもってこいです。
いきなり登場
気になるメニューであった鶏刺し
こちらはもも、砂肝、レバーという地鶏の王道が刺しとなってまとまった盛り合わせです。
それぞれ基本は甘めの九州醤油ですが、薬味が異なります。
ももはわさび、妙が、ねぎで合わせると旨みが増す。
砂肝は添えられた岩塩でシンプルにいただくのが肝
レバーは九州醤油と、生姜、ニンニクにつけていただくというそれぞれの食べ方が楽しめます。
新鮮な鶏を使っているからこそ実現するおいしさ。
特にレバーはほぼ生の新鮮さで、レバーそのものの美味しさを体験できます。
薄切りの砂肝はコリコリの食感を堪能することができます。
変わり種で頼んだのは鶏の白子焼き
鶏の白子を食べるのは今回初めて
ふんわりとした食感に白子特有の風味を感じます。
ポン酢タレでさっぱりもしているので白子本来の旨味を感じることができます。
最後には生野菜を
かぶ、きゅうり、にんじんなどの野菜を味噌で和えていただく1品
新鮮さ野菜を味噌でいただくので野菜の食感を十分楽しめる1品に仕上がってます。
鶏刺しは新鮮なので注文必須。
