First visit. I've known about this place for about a year and a half because the recipes are serialized in the JAL in-flight magazine every month. It's difficult to make a reservation, so I asked a regular friend to make a reservation for me. They have a wide selection of sake and many snacks that go well with alcohol. I ordered a lot of things, but the ones I particularly liked were: ○ Gratin (seasonal) ○ Watercress and plum shabu shabu shabu soup ○ Small fish and potato salad ○ Clay pot rice (chicken and burdock) I'd like to order this again next time I visit. There were several types of clay pot rice, so I was undecided. I was also interested in the udon. And the minced meat cutlet. The female staff were also nice, and they saw me off in the rain until the taxi left. However, I waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer to come after I ordered a drink. Maybe because they were busy, the speed of service was not good. The rest was very good. Thank you for the meal.
