渋谷の外れにある住宅街に本格的な江戸前寿司を楽しめる鮨屋がある
『鮨あい澤』
気になってたお寿司屋さんの1つでした
おまかせコースのみ
おつまみはシンプルな味付けが多く、素材そのものの良さが活きる味付けになっていた
そして携帯を新しくして初めて鮨をとったらどれもピントがブレブレ…
でもそんなことより目の前の鮨を1秒でも早く食べることが大切なので、早く食べたかったからブレたということにしましょう。
1貫目にいきなり大トロ!!!!
これはなかなか珍しい。わかりやすく美味しいトロが最初って攻めてて良い
お鮨を持った瞬間シャリの固さを感じるくらい固かった。全く崩れそうにならない
咀嚼する悦びを感じさせてくれる
今まで食べたことのないシャリ
そしてガリも中々独特でこれだけでお酒が進む…
そしてここの玉が凄かった。次元が違う……
もはやシフォンケーキ(?)
追加の干瓢巻きも美味しかったです
