この日は、朝から渋谷ヒカリエでお仕事でした。
ランチをと思うも、大きなビルから足を踏み出すにもちょっと面倒で、、、ビル内でランチをとることに。
当初、韓国料理とこちらのお店と迷ったのですが、全員一致でこちらのお店に♪
ちょうどお昼時ということもあってか、５分程のウェイティングの後、店内へ。

カウンターもありますが、テーブルが中心のレイアウトになっています。
場所柄、女子同士での利用が多いのかもしれませんね♪
いただいのは、1500円のフォーのセット。
選べるフォーに、サラダとちょっとした惣菜がセットになっています。
なお、フォーは、「パクチーとライムのフォー」をチョイスしました。
◎サラダ
見た目はノーマルなサラダですが、実はこれがとっても美味しい♪
食感の異なる葉物の中心にバラエティーに富んだ野菜に加え、ドレッシングが秀逸。
当初は、無色透明な色のドレッシングのせいで、味わいさえも想像つかなかったのですが、酸味と甘みがゼツミョーで、それでいて少しナンプラーっぽい味わいもあって♡
バクバクとイケちゃいました。
◎素材３種盛り
エビパン、生春巻き、鶏肉のスイートチリソース添え の３種。
タイ料理とベトナム料理が混在しつつも、いずれもそれぞれ定番な内容。
その中で、日本人に合わせた味つけにうまくアレンジされていて、どれも上品で食べやすい味わいで美味しいです。
◎パクチーとライムのフォー
おぉぉ～、名前の通り、どっさりパクチーに、ライムもたっぷり。
柔らかで優しいお出汁の後に、すっきり爽やか、酸味どどーって押し寄せてきます。
うわぁ、がめちゃめちゃ気持ちぃぃ～♪
ちゅるちゅるとしたフォーの食感も楽しいです。
フォーは大好きだけど、このパクトーとライムの組み合わせはハンパなく好きかも♡
平日ランチで1500円というのは、大阪在住で普段お弁当派のわたしからすると、かなり高めのお値段設かなという感は否めませんが。
でも、普段の行動範囲の中ではなかなか味わう機会がないベトナム料理やタイ料理を気軽に楽しめてよかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
