渋谷のヒカリエの8階にある定食100名店、d47食堂
さんでランチをいただきました。初めての訪問です。
ヒカリエに入っているだけあって、開放的なカフェのよ
うで、食堂の雰囲気はないですねー
定食100名店ですかあ。
造りはモダンですが、実は地域伝統や産地応援をポリシ
ーにされた意識の高いカフェ、いや食堂のようです。
この日の定食は愛知の味噌カツか、福井の蕎麦セットの
よう、今日は健康第一で蕎麦のセットをいただきまし
た。
おろし蕎麦(冷)
おにぎり(岩海苔？、中に梅)
お揚げの煮物
(がんもみたい、巨大なお揚げの下ににんじん等
の煮物が隠れてます)
へしこ、漬物等
おにぎりの岩海苔？の磯の香り、お蕎麦の風味は絶品で
す。美味しいです。
全般的には精進料理風の味付けで薄味ですが、ただ、
へしこが超塩味なので、イーブンですかね。
身体も喜んでいます。ご馳走様でした。
店員さんも親切でした。
