ランチは、代々木公園で作りたてモッツァレラチーズのお店
一時人気になり、気になっていたお店を思い出したもの
お店はオープンカフェ風のチーズ加工場を併設
注文は「たっぷりトマトとブッラータ オレガノ添え」
それに、アワアワのクイドスプマンデ
ブッラータとは、柔らかなモッツァレラチーズを巾着風に
その中に割いたモッツァレラチーズと生クリームを入れたもの
真っ白で柔らかく、ナイフを入れると生クリームと
トロットロのモッツァレラチーズが流れ出る
甘く酸味の効いたトマトにモッツァレラチーズは絶妙
ワイン片手にボ〜っと過ごす休日のランチも良いものだ♫
お客さんも少なく、チーズ職人の伊藤さんからお話を伺います
伊藤さんは来年からフランスにチーズの修業に行かれるらしい
それでは、ほろ酔い気分で『恐竜科学博』にシュッパーツ♫
