名前の通り、贅沢なチーズ料理を楽しめるお店です。
『たっぷりトマトとブッラータ オレガノ添え』
巾着袋の形のブッラータチーズをナイフとフォークで崩しながらフルーツトマトなどと合わせていただきます。
ナイフを入れるともっちゅり溢れ出すチーズが素敵～
熟したフルーツトマトがフレッシュでブッラータチーズとよく合います。

事前予約でしか出会えないスペシャルなチーズだそうです。
もちろん練りたてが一番美味しいのでなるべく早く食べるのが良いみたいです。
