会社を終えた飲みニストは、神泉にて。。。
今日は、飲み友さんにお誘いいただき、神泉ホルモン三百屋さんへ！！
少し早く着いたので、近くの「酒とさか菜」さんで、ちょい飲みしていくことにしました。
まずは、島根の日本酒、七冠馬を！！
お通しは、
・さつまいもレモン煮
・ほうれん草胡麻和え
・地鶏炭火焼き
これは、いい日本酒のあてになりますね。
あてには、
・生しらすと九条ネギのぬた
・水なす刺身
をいただき、美味しい料理に日本酒が進み、
追加で原田をいただき、ほどよく酔いました。
