宮益坂沿いにあるスタイリッシュなガラス張りの4F建てビル「リンツ・ショコラ・ブティック&カフェ 渋谷店」は、2012(平成24)年8月31日に開店したスイス発祥のチョコレート専門店である。
「リンツ・ショコラ・ブティック&カフェ」は、リンツ&シュプルングリー・ジャパン㈱(本社:東京都港区)が運営している。
1・2Fは売店、3Fのイートインスペースは42席あり、渋谷の街を眺望する事ができ、利用は階段での移動となる。
今回は“ショコラパフェ”と“ホットコーヒー”を発注した。
【ブラジル・トミオフクダ・ブルボン】という品種のコーヒーは、使い捨てコップが使用されている。
酸味が効いた“コーヒー”であった。
“ショコラパフェ”は、プラスチック容器に入れられている。
ショコラとバニラのアイスが何層かに分かれており、ビターやキャラメル味等のショコラが上段に彩りを飾っていた。
下段にはショコラのプチプチ感もあった。
