土曜日昼時。
優雅なバレエ鑑賞の前に優雅じゃない渋谷の街で腹ごしらえ。
あてもなく歩いていると「大人のハンバーグ」の看板が目に入る。
昨日は駒沢のASでハンバーガー。今日は渋谷でハンバーグ。どこまでお子ちゃまか、と思いつつ入店。
店内7-8分の入り。Mサイズ、デミグラスソースを注文。
注文してからタネを丸めて焼くシステム。
運ばれてきたそれは熱々の溶岩板に乗ってジュージュー汁を飛ばしてます。
なぜかフォークナイフでなく箸でいただくしきたり。
箸で切ると肉汁が溢れてジューッ。エプロンしないと大変なことになる。
溶岩にへばりついたおこげは箸では救出不能。スモーキーなデミグラスソースでご飯が進む。
はて、どこが「大人」なのか。溶岩のジューッは子供に危ない。溢れる肉汁は子供にはわからない価値。そして箸で食べるハンバーグも大人か。
ファミレスより手作り感があって良い。自分の中でスーパーハンバーグは横浜紅葉坂のキラックだが、それはさすがに超えないレベル。
でもまた来てもいいよ、という感じ。
次はソースやトッピングを変えてみたい。
