渋谷駅の新南口からすぐのところにある「ぐう渋谷」。
美味しいユッケが食べたいと言っていたら、
ここならユッケの許可がとれていてメニューにあるよ！と聞き、
友人と行ってきました。
「ぐう」は何店舗かありますが、
本店と渋谷店、池袋店のみの提供だそうで、
とても良いお店を見つけたので紹介します。
カウンター席に通していただいたので、
店員さんにオススメを聞きながらオーダーしました。
■ぐう名物浅漬けキムチ
じっくり漬け込んだキムチではなく、浅漬け風。
白菜がシャキシャキしていて、瑞々しいんです。
これが名物なのは納得。
新感覚のキムチでした。
ちなみに、キャベツとネギは食べ放題！
ドレッシングがテーブルの上に数種類用意されているので、
お肉をいただく前にたっぷりとお野菜もいただきました。
■THEユッケ
お目当ての♡
渋谷区保健所認定の和牛生肉取扱い許可店なので安心。
ユッケだけでもたくさん種類があって迷いましたが、
タレと卵で食べるオーソドックスなユッケにしました。
感想は言うまでもなく、最高でした。
■極タン
タンの王様です。
厚切りで食べ応えあり！！プリプリしています。
こんなツヤツヤのタン、初めて見ました。
■ホルモンの盛り合わせ&マルチョウ
ホルモンも好きなんです。
盛り合わせを頼んで、さらにマルチョウも別でお願いしました。
ぷりっぷりです。
■ブリスケ
きめ細かい赤身と脂のバランスが絶妙。
薄めなのでオンザライスがおすすめです。
薄めのお肉なので、さっと焼いて食べるのがオススメ。
特製のタレもおいしくて、ご飯が何杯もすすみます。
■飲めるロース
A４ランクの和牛！！
生肉でも食べられる上質なお肉なので、
炙る程度のレアで食べてください、と出していただきました。
生肉LOVERとしてはこれ、たまりません。
本当に飲めちゃいます♡
■盛岡冷麺
盛岡から直送の冷麺。
焼肉の〆はサッパリしたいから、冷麺は必須。
もちもちの太麺とさっぱりなスープが最高すぎました。
混む前に…と早めに行きましたが、
20時にはもう満席！！
人気の高さがうかがえるお店でした。
