店主は目黒「かづ屋」の出身です |
店主さんの肘の調子が悪くしばらくお休みがあり、営業を再開頂けましたが、まだ本調子ではないようで、急遽の店休や早閉めがあったりと、Xをチェックしてからの念願の訪問となりました。
14時過ぎで満席。カウンターの後ろで少し待機し、着席は10分後。
無料トッピングの揚げネギも忘れずにオーダー。
優しいすっきりとしたスープはスッと体に染み込み、麺は個人的には柔らかく感じたが、スープとの相性は良いように思う。
熱々のワンタンは安定の火傷をしながら旨味を噛みしめ、チャーシューも好きな味！
途中で加える揚げネギの香りも良く、コクが加わったスープを飲み干し完食、ごちそうさまでした！
