渋谷のお洒落居酒屋汁ベゑの系列店『楽椿』にお邪魔しました。お店の名前は『らくちん』と読みます。
渋谷からだと15分ほどかかり神泉駅の方が近いです。
コンセプトが大衆居酒屋なので汁べゑと比べるとこじんまりしたお店。その代わりカウンター席は店員さんと近く注文しやすかったり近くで調理の様子が見ることができます。
料理は汁べゑ系列名物のおでんがまずおすすめ。おでん卵は固茹でが多いイメージですがごちらは半熟に仕上がっていて美味しかったです。
お刺身4店盛りはサービスで1点プラスの5点盛りにしてくれました。どれもプリプリで味もしっかりしていて美味しい。
更に低温調理レバ刺しもとても美味しかったです。レバーの臭みはなく、柔らか。ごま油のタレでしっかり味がついておりお酒がすすみます。
ワイワイしたお店で友達同士で楽しく飲んだり、お酒や居酒屋料理が好きな女性と気兼ねなく飲むのにちょうどよいです。人気店のため予約は必須です。
