本日訪れましたのは、
神泉駅から徒歩2分のオイスターバー「Spiral」
渋谷の賑わいに比べて落ち着いた通りにあるこちらのお店は、
平日20時ごろにもかかわらず、カウンターにもテーブルにもお客さんが結構入っている印象でした。
全国各地から直送されている牡蠣を常時10種類以上も取り揃えており、
牡蠣好きは抑えておきたいお店♪
金土は朝方までやってることもあり、２軒目以降でちょっと牡蠣食べたいなと思った時にもオススメです。
スパイラルコースは以下のようなラインナップでした♪
『生牡蠣２種と牡蠣前菜３種の盛り合わせ』
生牡蠣は、兵庫県産と福岡の糸島産で、同じ生牡蠣でも形や味が全然違いました！
糸島産の方が濃厚な印象で、兵庫県産はあっさりした感じでした。
牡蠣前菜３種としてそれぞれ牡蠣の上に
「ラビゴッドソース」、「リコッタチーズと生ハムの削り」、「ズワイガニといくら」が入っている一口で色んな味が楽しめるカラフルテイストな牡蠣でした♪
『牡蠣と有頭海老のブイヤベース トマト仕立て』
牡蠣の他に数種の貝と大きな海老が入ったトマト仕立てのブイヤベースは、
バケットに付けて海の幸を味わい尽くせます。。
『サラダ 自家製牡蠣バター』
新鮮でシャキシャキの野菜とこちらも牡蠣を使ったバターソースでいただけます。
クリーミーなソースが野菜に染み込んでいました！
『牡蠣の和牛巻き 陽炎』
豪快に炎で炙るパフォーマンスを目の前で見せてくれるエンタメもありつつ、
出来立ての和牛巻きは熱々のうちに恐れず食べましょう。
和牛に巻かれた牡蠣という贅沢な一口、、にはできず思ったより大きかったので２口に分けて食べました。
『焦がしブラッティーナの牡蠣ボロネーゼ』
ここにももちろん、牡蠣入っていました。モッツァレラより、しっとり感のあるブラッティーナのボロネーゼも最高ですね。
『キャラメリゼ胡桃のセミフレッド』
ドルチェとして登場したのは、セミ（半分）フレッド（凍った）アイスケーキ。食後にぴったりのまろやかな味でした！
