仕事終わり渋谷駅近くで、飲食店をふらふら探して
南口の坂を登ると何やら隠れ家的なお店が。
予約もしてなく、1人でしたので流石に厳しいかと
思いながらも勝手に体がお店のドアを開け
ダメ元で聞いてみるとOKとのこと。
少しスタッフさんに嫌な顔をされましたが、
まあしょーがない。
むしろありがとうという気持ちで来店。
カウンターに通され、いざ注文。
1人だったのと、そこまでお腹は減ってなかったので
飲めるハンバーグとライス中を注文。
ハンバーグのソースは5種類から選ぶことができ、
◆おろしポン酢
◆デミグラス
◆燻製醤油
◆デミグラスチーズ
◆燻製醤油のチェダーチーズのせ
の5種類から選ぶことができます。
サイズは
◆レギュラー 1,680円(税込)
◆ラージ 2,400円(税込)
まあまあいい値段をしてでも試しに食べたかったので
「レギュラーサイズで燻製醤油のチェダーチーズのせ」で
注文。
お通しは、牛肉の煮込みみたいなものが出てきて
ぬるかったが、味はお通しとしては抜群にうまい。
着丼は15分くらいかな？
混んではなかったので、少し遅いなあと思っていましたが、
飲めるハンバーグと謳うくらいなので、
さぞかしおいしくするために時間をかけるのだろうと
期待が膨らむ膨らむ。
さて、ご対面。
1発目の印象は「あら、可愛い」でした。
綺麗に丸くなったハンバーグにチーズが上に
乗っかり、もやしのナムルが添えているだけの
もうハンバーグで勝負してますけど何か？
と語りかけんばかりの姿だった。
別添えで来た醤油をさっとかけ、スプーンでえぐる。
期待以上の肉汁が溢れ出てきて、感動。
味は少し薄めでしたが、もはやこれでいい。
完璧でした。
今まで食べたハンバーグで1番美味いかも、、
そう思ってた矢先、気がついたら完食してました。
シンプルにもう一回行きたい
そして空腹時に。
