少数のカウンター席とテーブル席。
清潔感はあるがカウンター席はラーメン屋みたいな席間隔だし、食器はすぐに片付けられるので長居する店ではないと思われた。
飲めるハンバーグ、ソースは自家製燻製醤油のとろ～りチーズのせ、サイズはレギュラー(1680円)を注文。
最初は前菜とサラダが登場。どちらも美味しくて、ランチのセットサラダに手を抜かないのは好印象だ。
20分ぐらい焼くのにかかると言われたハンバーグだが10分ぐらいで提供されたイメージだ。
スプーンで切れるほどの柔らかさに、レアな焼き具合。
一般的なハンバーグを期待すると違うかもしれないが個人的には好みだ。
燻製醤油の濃い味が食欲を高めてライスとの相性は抜群だ。
醤油でハンバーグを食べるのも新鮮だった。
渋谷で似たようなものだと、まーさんの家のハンバーグが近かった。
正直、味はまーさん家のが美味しいが、あちらはランチで2200円ぐらいするので、こちらの店のがコスパはよく感じた。
最小サイズのレギュラーでもそれなりの大きさだったし、ライスもおかわり無料でしっかりと腹も膨れた。
ローストビーフ丼も美味しそうだったし、また行きたい。
