いやはや、また素晴らしきお店を発見というか、巡り会えました。
初訪問となるこちらのお店、神泉にある洋食屋さんです。
以前、何かのメディアで紹介されていて、記憶には刻まれていたお店。
澁谷用事のついでに、徒歩にて探索、お店前に到着。
少し遅めのランチ時間帯でして、カウンター席1名のみ偶然空席で、待ちなく案内されました。
ラッキーです。
メニューを眺めると、もう目移りしちゃう、魅惑のラインナップ。
全部食べてみたいが正直な所。
悩みに悩み、2つセレクトできるハーフハーフにして、ハンバーグとガリバタチキンに。
単品サラダと赤星もお願いしました。
ビールとサラダが配膳。
10種類のサラダなんて素敵すぎる。いろんな野菜を採れますし、ドレッシングも美味しいし、このサラダで一気に虜になっちゃいます。
メインが配膳。
ハーフハーフなのでひとつのおかずのサイズは小ぶりになりますが、
まずビジュアルからして美しい。
ソースの香りも鼻腔を擽ります。
ハンバーグから一口ぱくり。
ぬぉぉぉっと感動する一品。デミグラスソースの深みとコク、ハンバーグとの調和具合、完璧ですね。
ハンバーグ自体はやわらかく、この店独自のポジショニング感（あまり私がこれまで食べたことがない）で、感動しちゃいます。
ガリバタを一口。
なんじゃこりゃぁな旨さ。ハンバーグよりもこっちに正直感動したかも。
チキンを普段セレクトしない私ですが、これぞチキンの一番うまい食べ方じゃないかぐらいの感動。
チキンの焼き加減、味付け、そして究極的美味しさのソースに悶絶。
いやはや、今年一のお店を見つけたかも。
また来ます。
