お店は最近、神泉にOPENした 三長
こちらのお店、数年前は美味しいトンカツ屋でたいぶお世話になった店ですが数寄屋造りの建物が放置されていてもったいないと思っていたので再生大歓迎です。
ちなみにこの敷地内に続々といろいろなお店がOPENするそうで楽しみです。
雰囲気がよくって接待にもじゅぶん使える店。
カワイイです。
いやあ・・・カワイイです。
そして近くのバーで一杯。
いやあ・・・しかし・・・最後までカワイイです。

こんなサプライズに大喜び。

田村牛 万願寺とうがらし味噌和え
さば御飯
コレ、生鯖を炊き立てご飯の余熱で火を入れるんです。
塩気もダイレクトに入れるんじゃなくってトビッコだけで。
日本の文化に非常に深い興味がある方だったので細かい部分まで楽しんでもらえました。
少しだけど日本を自慢できるっていいですね。
