渋谷から神泉に向かう途中、もうほぼ神泉というエリアに古民家が並んでいます。
この右側のエリアには小さな料理屋さんがたくさん入ってます。
小さな料理屋ではなく、1つどーんと大きな和食屋さんがあり、三長というお店です。こちらに行きました。
周囲とのコントラストがすごい。このエリアによくこんな古民家が残っていたものです。
5名で個室を予約していました。立派な個室です。8人とかでも入れそう。
古い家の匂いがします。料理を運んでくれるのは若いアルバイトっぽい女性でした。
外観といい和室といい、海外からの旅行客の方は大喜びかもしれない。
予約にはコースが必須で（予約なしでも必須かも）、一番安価な、、、それでも1.1万円のコースを予約していました。
こちらがドリンクメニュー。
■瓶ビール（900円）
樽出しも瓶も銘柄はエビス。中瓶で900円とお高めです。
日本酒は冷酒で1号1,300円～。
こういうスタイルで提供されます。
左は蓴菜（じゅんさい）。右は車海老と鱧の煮凝り。煮凝りを蓴菜の中に自分で入れます
自分で入れずに最初から入れた状態で登場してもよさそうだが。。。
素材タイトルは豪華ですが味はごく一般的な感じ。
素焼きの鮎が入った椀。柑橘の苦味が添えてあります。
凝っていそうですが味は意外とノーマルです。
鰻と枝豆の春巻き。中には具がぎっしり詰まってます。
最初は鰻が入っているとはわかりませんでしたが、途中から後味で気がつけました。よかった。
縞鯵のお造り、、、はなぜか傘をさしています。海外からの旅行者対策でしょうか。日本人は喜ばないと思う。
お造りには梅肉が乗っており、梅の味が広がりすぎて縞鯵の味がしないのが欠点です。
単なる空豆ではなく、フォアグラといぶりがっこと空豆を合わせた料理になっています。
空豆単体の方が美味しいのではないかなと感じました。
メインの牛と蓮根の炭火焼き。
茄子の煮物とオクラの餡掛け。
今日の中でこちらが一番美味しいと思えました。
イサキと夏野菜を使った炊き込みご飯。
先程の餡掛けから続いてこちらも美味しかった。大葉がいい仕事してます。5人で3合。
冷たい出汁をかけて冷や汁風に味変できます。
紫蘇の何かと桃が入ったフルーチェのようなデザートでフィニッシュ。
海外からの旅行客の方は喜ぶであろうか。
