明治神宮前にあるTHE ROASTERY BY NOZY COFFEEさんに午後に訪問しました。
シングルオリジンの豆を使ったハンドプレスのコーヒー1080円を注文しました。
先に料金支払ってから豆を選択するスタイルですが、10種くらい種類がありますが4種類は追加料金がかかります。
相当ややこしいシステムですね。2回料金を支払うのが面倒なので、先に豆を選ばしてほしいです。
ニカラグアを選択しました。全て中煎で、浅煎好きとしては残念なラインナップです。焙煎具合のバリエーションがあると嬉しいです。
味はすっきりしていて飲みやすい味わいでした。
