新泉の中華料理屋「老麻火鍋房 薬膳火鍋専門店」で今シーズン（秋以降）初火鍋。
珍しい青島ビールの大瓶で喉を潤し、前菜、小籠包で腹の準備運動をした後に出てきたのは、店名通りの薬膳感溢れる火鍋。思わず上がる歓声。
《厳選きのこコース》にしたので、具材の多くはきのこ。秋の味覚を感じるねー（季節関係無いのもあるけど）。普段聞かない珍しいきのこもふんだんに入っており面白い（ワシはかがやきでよく食べるけど）。いろんな食感が楽しめるのもいいなー。
鳥、豚、ラム肉が付いているのでそちらも堪能して、さらに野菜を追加。プチトマトが入っているの、なんか嬉しい。
スープは先に書いた通り薬膳感満載で、白湯、麻辣ともに複雑な旨味が美味い。特に白湯がきちんと美味しかったのが嬉しい。麻辣は標準より辛めにしてもらい程よかったが、もう少し辛くても良いな。
酒は、ビールの後はハイボール系をあれこれ。紹興酒を使ったドラゴンハイボールも良かったが、唐辛子と山椒の浮いた麻辣ハイボールがかなり強烈。この日一番辛味を感じたかも。最後は桃饅頭で〆。
美味し火鍋を堪能して、満足満腹。
