知り合いにセット頂き向かった先は、道玄坂の上。周りがなかなか賑やかな建物に囲まれた、すごい場所にあります。
ビル2階のお店に入ると、オリエンタルな佇まいで、お綺麗な店員さんが案内してくださいます。周りの街といい、店内といい独特な雰囲気のあるお店ですね。
今回はコース料理ということで、お肉、野菜がふんだんに盛られて運ばれます。スープは赤白2色。見て香りを感じるだけで、食欲が刺激されます。
実際に食べてみると、これが美味しいです。白スープは具の味を引き立てつつスープの美味しさがあるし、赤スープは若干の辛みと強い旨みを感じます。
お野菜もお肉もどちらも合うので、楽しく頂けます。ソースが選べてゴマと葱のソースを頼みましたが、基本的に不要でした。スープだけで充分美味しかったです。
火鍋屋さんはそれだけで魅力的ではありますが、こちらは環境、店内の雰囲気、味とどれも個性的。印象に残るお店となりました。ごちそうさまでした。
