平日13時半ごろ来訪。3.4組が座っており席は空いていた。
ランチメニューから、昔懐かしオムライス1100円をオーダー。
ソースはケチャップとデミが選べるとのことでケチャップにしました。ランチはミニサラダとスープがセットとのこと。
オーダー後、7.8分でオムライスが登場。
なんともきめ細やかで美しい仕上がり✨
スプーンを入れてみると卵は表面ふわふわのしっかり焼き、中はとろっとろの半熟。口に運ぶととてもクリーミーで甘味が強いオムレツの味が広がります。
ライスはベーコンとダイストマトがたっぷりの酸味のあるケチャップライス。柔らかめのリゾットのようなライスで、しっかりケチャップの味がついていました。
卵の下にはチーズも入っており、ライスとオムレツの一層美味しさをひきたて味をまとめてくれます。
たっぷり添えられたケチャップは酸味強めで、濃厚なオムレツとチーズがさっぱりといただけます。
卵の甘みを感じられる、まさに懐かしい味わいのオムライス。
全てがとてもよいハーモニー。計算し尽くされた腕の良さを感じます。
最後の一口まで卵のきめ細やかさを感じられ、細部までとても丁寧に作られていることを感じながら一口一口ゆっくり味わいました。
そして、接客も都度お水や空調の心配をして声をかけてくださり、最初から最後まで気持ちのいい挨拶。
完成度の高い、丁寧なオムライス。心地よい空間。
心もお腹もいっぱいです。ごちそうさまでした。
