友人から美味しいと聞いて、行ってみました。
渋谷からは少し歩きます。
ヒカリエの2階から近く。
なかなか、おしゃれなお店です。
メニューを見たらクラフトビールが沢山あったので
箕輪ビールおさるIPAから。
フルーティで、爽やかな苦味が美味しいですね。
お通しは、山芋ソーメンでした。 柚子胡椒の辛いソースで
幸せなおつまみに。

をさっぱりと食べながら、
▪️京九条ネギ焼き
をお願いしました。
生ザーサイは、さっぱりとおいしく、トマトは甘くてみずみずしい。
目の前で、ネギ焼きが作られるのを楽しみながら、
今日は美味しいさんまが入ったと聞いて
▪️さんまと大葉のパリパリ焼き
もいただきました。
パリパリした生地と食べるさんまは、大葉と合わせて風味豊かで美味しいです。ビールに合いますよね。
▪️山芋の焦がし醤油焼き
山芋ソーメンが美味しかったので、こちらの山芋も。
鉄板で焼くと香ばしく、柔らかく美味しいですね。
▪️山芋ときゅうりのたたき
山芋が好き過ぎて、山芋頼み過ぎな私。
野菜を欲してたようです。
その後に宮崎日向夏ラガーを。爽やかな飲みやすいビールですね。
▪️焼きチーズ2種盛り
チーズが鉄板で焼かれるのは、美味しいに決まってますね。
お酒がすすみます。
▪️京九条ネギ焼き
ふわふわと美味しい、ネギ焼き。
いつまでも、暖かく美味しく食べられます。
味が深みがあって、ぜひ食べたい一品です。
