新しい店ができました。
房総ホルモン
以前のこの場所もホルモン屋さんでしたが関係はないそうです。
名前の通り千葉からの参戦。
タレで味付けはされていますが塩ポン酢や醤油で味を変えながら食べるのがオススメとのコト。
今日注文したものも全てオススメのもの。
最近のホルモン屋さんはなぜかカルビやロースなどもそろってますがコチラは一切なし。

このカシラが柔らかくて肉厚で旨い。
ガツにんにくもニンニクがきいていてナイス。
プレモルからメガジョッキのハイボールへ。

濃口のオリジナル醤油が旨い。
どれにつけても旨い。
かちわり赤ワインへ。
ホルモンは全体的にいいものばかりですがコレだけでは激戦区に飛び込んでは弱い。
しかしこのお店にはオリジナル醤油がある。
生き残れるかもしれません。

やっぱホルモンを醤油で食べることに徹したほうが楽しめる店かも。

聞いたことがありませんでしたが・・・かなり・・アリでした！
サイドメニューもこの醤油を使った料理を増やしてアレンジしていけば・・・この店ヒョットしたらヒョットするかもです！
