チキンスープで炊きあげた旨味たっぷりのジャスミンライスに、やわらかく仕上がった鶏肉を添えたシンプルな料理ですが、なんとも奥深い一品です。
渋谷カオマンガイ特製ソースをからめて、ぜひお召し上がりください。
都内を中心に全国に展開中。
平日のお昼に伺いました。
何だろうこの気持ち。
昨日から、カオマンガイが食べたくなり。
孤独の女グルメさんにマインドコントロールされたかもしれない(笑)
店内はややせまめの縦長空間。
イス、テーブルとか簡素な感じは現地っぽい印象もある。
スタッフの方の対応も良かった。

最初にパクチーの入った小さな銀の入れ物が1つ出されるんですが、私草大好きなんで、もう1つもらいました。やーまん。
最初にスープが運ばれてくる。
うん、具はいっさい入ってない液体のみのスープ。
おお、美味しい。
確かに化調感は否めないが。
懐かしい味。
アプリもとったので骨スープもやってきた。
助かります。
どさっと器に埋め尽くされた肉付きのボーン。
しゃぶりまくりました。
お手拭きもあるので無我夢中、君に夢中。

ソースをかけてパクチーもドサッと。
うめぇ。
お肉も柔らかく、ライスも普通にうまんがい。
なによりパクチーがおかわり無料は最強。
最初にバサッと2バケツかけて、もぐもぐ。
スープに入れてもいいね。
足りないので「すいませーん、パクチもらえやすか」
どんどん発注。
両隣のお客さんは「パクチー無しで」

それって、ピアノが無いピアニストじゃん。

ギターが無いギタリストだな。

自分はどんどん発注。
そのまま、手でもむさぼり。
3回くらいおかわりしたら、2バケツまとめてやってきたｗ
たぶんスタッフにも客さんにも引かれたかな…。
でも個人的には最高。
完全に草食系だ。
お腹からシャンサイ生えそうだ。
