シンプルな味付けとプレゼンでもとても美味しい渋谷カオマンガイ。結論から行くと安定・安心の味ですね〜 昔っから時折通うお店だが、ランチやテイクアウト以外は意外や意外ディナータイムは初めてでした。夜もお客さんいるんだ〜と感心、ふむふむ。

公式ウェブサイトを見る限りでは、国産ハーブ鶏を使用しているらしく、シンプルながらちょうど良い茹で加減でしっかり火を通っているもののしっとりもしています。ジャスミンライスも旨い。
付け合わせスープもあっさりしていて飲みやすい。どうやら鶏を茹でた時のスープらしい。ソースは醤油、ニンニク、生姜、唐辛子、タイの味噌、黒酢醤油等入っている様で、素晴らしいバランスの取れた配合と仕上がりになっております。

特筆すべき点は特に無いですが、挨拶はしっかりしていてOKでしょう。セルフではなく水は持ってきてくれるし。パクチーや青唐辛子がおかわり自由なので、素晴らしいんじゃない⁉︎ 個人的。
[決済方法/コスパ]
現金で払いました。他はペイペイとか出来る様だが。ハチペイとQuickPayはダメっぽい。コスパに関して料理に全く申し分無いですが、ジャスミンティーは氷盛り盛りで小さいカップで150円はちょいと…でも、ダブルチキン並盛ライスにパクチーと青唐辛子お代わり自由で1300円はお値打ちでしょう。シンプルに見えて手間掛かっている料理だし。

客層はこの時間は若めの20代っぽい感じでした。雰囲気は屋台を何か意識し過ぎたか、清潔感ありますが、テーブルや椅子が金属で何か落ち着かないのは私だけ？
