休日、昼下がりの渋谷。ランチにしてはチト時間が過ぎて、慌てて飛び込んだのがコチラ。家の近所にないものを探すと、どーしてもエスニックになる (^_^;) 人が多いのはヤだけど、都会はやっぱいろんな食べ物があっていいなぁ。
午後2時前に入店、先客3組のうち、1組はランチビールで盛り上がっております (^_^;)
【ロケーション】
人通りが多い宇田川町界隈の、駅から東急ハンズに向かう井ノ頭通り沿いのビル4階。いや～ビルばっかりの飲食店だらけで、田舎モンのおぢさんには二度と辿り着かないかも (^_^;)
【店内】
エレベーターを降りると、店内にダイレクト・イン。木柱で区切った、スッキリとしたデザイン。奥の狭～い厨房に男性、ホールはおばちゃんの2人で回しているよう。
【料理】
今回はランチメニューから「ホルモンチゲ」（\880）を注文。10分ほどで配膳。ライスと1人鍋のほか、サラダ、三品の小皿付き。この三品小皿が副菜好きをくすぐるんです (*^_^*)
○ホルモンチゲ
豚ホルモン、白菜、しめじ、人参、にら、豆腐、長葱の具沢山。ホルモンの旨味が良く出て熱々で結構辛いけど、後味はマイルド。痺れる辛さではないので、気持ちよく発汗 (^_^;)
ホルモンが充分柔らかくプリプリで、野菜の甘味とスープの辛味がよくまとまっていて、ベスト・マッチです。味のまとまりは、良く出た出汁のおかげかな？スープだけ飲んでも充分美味いのが、本物の証し。
○ライス
ツヤツヤで柔めだけど芯がしっかりあって美味。これにチゲスープ吸わせてかっこむと…ムフフ♪♪♪ ライスはお替わり可。
○三品小皿
もやしナムル、キムチ、ぜんまいナムルのトリオ。
ナムル二種は胡麻油の香りが程良く、シャキシャキ。
キムチは浅漬けでかなりの歯応え、辛味も強いけど酸味がないので、ポリポリと美味い。
夜の付き出しても良さそう。ビールをキュッとやりたくなる (^_^;)
○サラダ
レタス、人参、水菜、紫キャベツ。醤油味のドレには唐辛子のような赤みが見えるけど辛くはない。
全体的に料理がナムル以外、辛め・濃いめなので、ほんのり甘いアーモンド茶がより一層引き立ちます。でも、韓国料理食べたい時って、この辛め・濃いめが欲しいんだよね、身体が。その意味ではバッチリ美味です。御馳走さまでした。
