お肉を食べようWeek。
3回めくらいの利用。初めは上司のおすすめでやってきた。
オーダーはつぼカルビ。
ジョッキいっぱいのコーン茶が出される。コーン茶好きとしてはとてもうれしい。
タダでコーン茶を出してくれる韓国料理店は、80％ハズレがない。
カルビはとても小さな壺に入れられてくるがご安心を。中にギュッと入っているのだ。
しかし、以前より肉が細かく切られている気がする。が、壺の容量としては同じだろう。
さ、焼肉開始。
・・・火が弱い？！全然ジュージュー言ってこない。手をかざしてもそれほど熱くない。
ま、そのうち燃えてくるかと気長に待つことにした。サラダとお惣菜のつけあわせとスープを食しながら。
ウン、やっと火に勢いが出てきたらしい。このぐらいかなーと焼き加減を見て、タレにつけていただきます。
ンー、やわらかい♪
肉は細かく切られているが、厚みがあるので、不満はない。むしろウマイ。
ごはんもかために炊かれていて多少艶もあり、どんどん進む。
食べログの評価が低いのは、サラダやつけあわせのせいかなあ。
魚肉ソーセージのあえものとか、悪くないけどダメな人はダメかも。
つぼカルビって、カルビと調味料を壺の中に入れてちょっと熟成させてこのやわらかさを出すのだろうか？
それともほかの方法で調味したカルビを、「なんか雰囲気出るから」という理由で壺に入れただけなんだろうか？
いずれにしても、税込1000円でいただけて、コスパ良しなつぼカルビ定食である。
