動物系と魚介を合わせた濃厚なつけ汁は鶏のまったりとした口当たりと風味が強く感じられた
器が持てないくらい熱々で提供されたのが嬉しい
同一料金で小中大から選択できる麺は大盛を選択
四角い断面の太麺はしっかりと茹でてありもっちりねっちりとした食感
麺に添えられた有機野菜は色鮮やかで見た目に美しく、
生やそれに近い火の通りのため食感がはっきりとしていて、
これはどんな味、食感なんだろうと考えながら口に運ぶのが楽しい
つけ汁の中には角切りにされたチャーシューとメンマ、鶏つくねが入っていて、いずれもつけ汁同様熱々
水炊きを中心とした鶏料理店だけあって鶏肉のうまみが詰まった鶏つくねが本格的
つけ麺と同時にポットで提供される割りスープは昆布が優しく香る和風出汁
建物と建物のあいだの細い通路を入って行ったり、天井の低い個室の雰囲気だったりが秘密基地のようで楽しかったです
ただ、今回案内された低めのテーブルと固定されたベンチタイプの椅子を合わせた席が
テーブルと椅子の間に距離があり食べづらかった点と、
個室とはいえ店内の静けさもあってか隣席の会話が丸聞こえな点の二点は、
つけ麺の味とは無関係とはいえ少しだけ気になりました
