銀座の加藤牛肉店と言えば、高価格帯の肉料理店として、肉業界では有名なお店ですが…
その唯一の支店（以前行った「焼肉ステーキあつし」は系列）が、渋谷にあります。

それは「加藤牛肉店シブツウ」というお店で、渋谷から六本木通りを登ったあたり。
【トンカツ上ロース（定食セット1900円）】
店名には「牛肉店」とついているけれど、ランチではなぜかトンカツを提供しています（笑）
しかし、さすがは肉にこだわっているお店なだけあり、トンカツも考えられていて…
めずらしいトランス脂肪酸ゼロの純正ラードを使うことで、ナイスな揚げあがりを実現。
「豚肉の美味しさは脂にあり」と思っているだけに、しっかり脂身つきの肉が嬉しく…
それでいて、カラッとした揚げによって、油キレも良く、脂の重たさを感じさせません♪
部分によっては、脂身が少なめで、ぎっちり詰まった肉部分が多かったりもしますが…
それは致し方なく、白米にソースキャベツを敷いて、コクと清涼感を増しながらガッツリと！
【トンカツ上ヒレ（定食セット1900円）】
友人がヒレカツを頼んでいたので、わらしべ長者のように、ロースと物々交換してみると…
意外にもこのヒレが予想以上に美味しく、しっとりなめらかな口当たり！
どうしても脂を楽しむことを考えると「ロース一択」になりがちで、
ヒレの少しパサついているような脂感のなさが好みではなかったものの、
このヒレはパサつくことなくみずみずしいことにオドロキです。
【自家製コンビーフ（1700円）】
ちなみに、「加藤牛肉店」と言えば、山形牛を使った自家製コンビーフが有名ですが…
ランチメニューには載っていないものの、ダメ元で注文できるか聞いてみたらOKとのこと！
価格は張るので、数人で来たときにシェアすると良さげですが、
やはりこのコンビーフはオンリーワンな味わいなので、ついつい食べたくなるもの。
上品な肉の甘味と旨味が詰まっていて、これは昼からお酒が欲しくなっちゃいます（笑）
というわけで結局、牛肉店で豚肉（トンカツ）だけに収まらず、牛肉も食べちゃいました☆
