渋谷のシブツウさん。
こちらは加藤牛肉店さんの渋谷のお店。
六本木通り沿いで渋谷駅と表参道駅の間ぐらいにお店はあります。
この日はランチ利用です。
加藤牛肉店といえば山形牛のステーキがイメージされますが、こちらはランチ営業をしていて山形豚のとんかつを頂くことができます。
山形を旅した時、
食べ物が美味しかった記憶が今でも残ります。
お米、芋煮、玉こんにゃく、お蕎麦etc…
山形牛、米沢牛。
それと山形豚。
山形って素敵なものがたくさん。
山形豚はあまり見かけないので食べたくなりました。(知らないだけと思いますが…)
ロースのとんかつを注文です。
ちょっと思い出しながら頂きました。
しっとり柔らかでほのかに甘味を感じるような良質なロース肉。
衣で少し力強くなって美味しいです。
とんかつ定食ってお昼になぜか美味しい。
山形豚の美味しさを噛み締めながら満足しました。
山形牛は焼肉屋さんでたまに頂いたりするので、今回はとんかつを頂きました。
ただやっぱり加藤牛肉店さんといえばステーキだと思うので今度は山形牛を頂きに参ります。
また山形に行きたくなっちゃいました。
ごちそうさまでした。
