スペイン坂にあるお店、
リゾット専門店って珍しい！
東京基地って名前もなんだか、珍しい！
どんなんだろうなぁとは、前から思っていて、
Tポイントが使えるお店で、食べログのネット予約もできるようなので、直前予約で1人からの予約も可能だったので行ってみました。
スペイン坂をのパルコ寄りにあり、階段を上がって2階。
海の家のポップな感じの内装で、オシャレ。
半分くらい埋まっていました。若者率高めですが、ゆったりとした空間なので、1人でも入りやすい。
そうそう、食べログのクーポンで、ランチは200円オフ使えます。
リゾットどれも美味しそう、ローストビーフもパスタもあります。
★旬の魚とジェノベーゼリゾット ソースヴァンブラン

ジェノベーゼ好きなので、魚にしました。魚は鰆です。
最初にアイスコーヒーとおしぼりタオル、
カフェでタオルおしぼり嬉しい
出てきたセット、野菜サラダに、キャロットラペとゴボウのサラダ、どれもおいしい。
リゾットは緑色でこんもりと盛られています。程よい固さのリゾット、ジェノベーゼの味もしっかりして、おいし〜！お昼にこんなおいしいリゾット食べられるなんて。
鰆のソースがクリーミーでおいしかった。
ソースヴァンブランは白ワインに生クリームのコクが加わったソース、エシャロットや胡椒なども。
魚にめちゃくちゃ合いますね。パンにつけてもおいしそう。鰆も春が旬ですし。
お会計はクーポンとTポイントの差額でお支払い。
帰り際にお店からの紙のクーポンで300円オフ券もらった！次回はパスタも頼んでみたいな〜！
