野暮用があって、松濤界隈へ。
お店探しが面倒で、たまたま通りすがりのこちらへ。
▼ピリ辛肉味噌ごはんセット
本当は肉味噌とご飯は一緒に出てくるものだったらしいですが、別皿での提供をご相談したら快く受けていただけましたｗ
大きな長方形のお盆に、ご飯と胡麻ドレのサラダを楕円形の深い器にワン・プレート盛り、別添えの肉味噌に白胡麻と卵黄乗せ、2つの小鉢（蓮根の煮物、オクラの煮物）、味噌汁が乗せられ登場。
どれも美味しかったのですが、肝心のお米の炊き加減のムラが気になりました。
全体的に固めは良いんですが、場所によってはぐちょっと固まっているっつーか何つーか、そんな感じ。
丁寧に炊き上げたつやつやのご飯だったら、3.5でも良かったかも。
たまたまでしょうか!?
