また来ちゃいました(^_^)v
この前の空気感の良さと料理に惹かれ、間髪おかずの再び。
今日はボリュームありな鳥のカルパッチョとポテサラをいってみました。
ポテサラは焦がし醤油が使われていて香ばしいだけでなく、隠し味に沢庵や黒酢が使われていて見事な和風に仕上がる神ポテサラ！これはヤヴァい。
そして鳥カルパッチョは大山ドリが使われているらしく、しっかりした食感と濃厚な鶏の味にワサビやゴマが使われたサッパリドレッシングが絶妙なマッチング！
今日は赤霧島をいただいて、いい感じで飲んで帰りました^o^
また来よう。

初回、2016年3月29日。
渋谷百軒店のど真ん中にできた小料理百けん行ってきました！
焼肉の有名店どうげんへ行った時に、隣が工事していて、外から眺めた時にどデカイ鯛の絵が見えて、どんな店になるんだろか？と気になっておりました。
小料理というからには、と変な先入観を持って扉を開けましたがメニューを見てその気持ちが一変！料理は一番高いもので1000円(馬刺しだけですが^ ^)で、500円から800円とリーズナブル！
よし、選択に間違いはなかったぞ！
そして調理は美人女将が担当！！
まずはビールと思ってメニューを見ると、なんと生ビールはマスターズドリーム！というこだわり具合。とりあえず生ビールを頼み一口。いやーうまい。
そしてお通しは春野菜のポタージュ、食欲が刺激されるわー
そして、まずは黒ごま豆腐を。自家製なのでゴマを擦る所から作っているとあって、濃厚なながらゴマの歯応えが良い感じでさらっと残る独特な食感は絶妙。タレもうまい。
そして、炙りしめ鯖を注文。なんと席で炙ってくれて香ばしい匂いも楽しめる。締め具合は浅めで鯖のねっとり感を絶妙に残してあり、ゴマ油醤油で食べるという工夫の逸品です。うまい！
1人だったので、その後が軽めにぬか漬けや白和えなどを頼んでフィニッシュ。
うまい料理と遊び心たっぷり店作り、そして女将人柄がにじみ出た明るい雰囲気。
渋谷のお気に入りが一つ増えました！
