昨晩は前職の同期が大阪から出張して来て
渋谷の此の店で飲んでおりました。
店の予約は本日でしたが、彼が自分の出張
日時を間違えて私に伝えており予約前日の
昨日、店に行って店の方に日時違いを指摘
された様子。
まだ会社に居た時に連絡があり、店の方に
交渉して予約を１日前倒しに変更して頂き
ました。
単純な思い違いでは在りましたが確認する
必要を改めて痛感した次第です。
30分遅れてで百軒店の最深部の此方へ。
ディープな場所ですが予てから気になって
居た店の一つ。
ヲジサマになると〆のご飯は食べられ無い
場合が殆ど此方の店の゛おばんざい゛なら
チョイと摘まみながら呑めるコースも有る
ので安心。
すりおろし野菜のスープ

自家製の厚揚げ
３種の造り
おでん（ポトフ風かな？）
豚ロースのロースト（優しい果物ソース）
おつまみ６種
どれもこれも、とても優しく丁寧に作られ
非常に安心して頂けます。
味も、かなり塩分少な目で出汁がしっかり
効いてて口に入れると思わず笑みが浮かび
癒やされる感じがしますね。
昨晩はビールと焼酎の湯割でしたが日本酒
のラインナップも多い様子なので次回では
日本酒にて愉しませて頂こうと思います。
