渋谷駅前交差点の近くの地下1階にあるEsspresso Do Warkは、たっぷりの料理と豊富な種類のパンケーキやワッフルスイーツが人気のカフェダイニングだ。
フライドチキンが載ったチキンワッフルは、シナモンとほのかな甘みが印象的。たっぷりのメイプルシロップをかけていただくお店の一押しメニュー。スイーツと塩気の肉とは相異なる素材の組み合わせだが以外なマッチングが楽しい。立体的に盛り付けられたっぷりいただける嬉一品。
ダッチベイビーパンケーキの「クリームチーズと生ハム」は、パンケーキをおかず風にアレンジ。仄かな甘みと生ハムの塩気に、生地のパリパリ感が楽しい。
パンケーキはリコッタチーズを使用したふんわり型。軽いパウダーテクスチャーでもしっかりとした弾力。パン生地の甘みは抑えめ。クリームをキャラメルソースで生地を味わえる。キャラメルナッツは、たっぷりのクリームとナッツでボリューム感を演出。食欲をそそる立体感だ。
デミグラスオムライスは、ケチャップライスにチーズたっぷりのとろとろたまごをかけて。
がっつり食べられ、2人前以上はありそうなわかりやすい味わいだ。
シラスとキャベツのパスタは、大胆に刻んだキャベツとお皿に残るくらいの量のシラスと混ぜた和風パスタ。アンチョビソースと絡めたお店のオススメパスタ。
