Arrived before 10:55 on a weekday Tuesday It was my second time in Shibuya, but I was really confused...Is it the second one next to Family Mart? 1st basement floor. If you find a building, you will notice ESPRESSODWORKS written at the bottom of restaurant name for each floor of the building. There is a waiting list for 1 group. I entered the store at 11:03 and my order was completed before 11:05. Pancakes arrived in about 25 minutes. Considering what I learned last time, when Pancakes arrived, I said, ``I'd like coffee, too.'' It was brought to me right away. Cherry blossom and strawberry spring Pancakes ¥1,848 Cherry Ice cream is hidden in the fresh cream, and light pink jelly is scattered around it. A large gyuhi rice cake was placed between Pancakes, and a plate was filled with red bean paste and three bright red strawberries cut in half. The salted cherry blossoms on top have the most cherry blossom flavor, and the cherry blossom ice cream actually has a weak cherry blossom scent. The overall cherry blossom feeling is low. (Cherry blossoms are hard, so it might be better to leave them alone.) Western-style fluffy Pancakes and smooth fresh cream are the best. The ice cream part is cold and refreshing, perfect for changing the taste. The Japanese-style red bean paste and chewy gyuhi have even more unique flavors, so you can enjoy them all on one plate and never get bored. I don't like grainy bean paste, but it's not a problem since it's a little small. Personally, I really enjoyed eating strawberries, gyuhi, and red bean paste like strawberry Daifuku. The combination of gyuhi, red bean paste, and fresh cream is also great. The cherry Pancakes that I had been aiming for for a long time were not very cherry-like, but they had just the right amount of sweetness, and the eclectic mix of Japanese and Western style was really good. Above all, I was happy that it contained a large piece of chewy gyuhi, which I love for its texture. The customer service of the staff was bright, polite and very nice. There were some foreigners who had to wait a long time to order, so I thought it would be better if they looked at their seats every once in a while.
