4月に明治通り沿いにオ―プンした十割そばのお店。
「POTASTA渋谷東店」へ行く途中、「スタバ」の隣にこちらのお店を発見。
新しい外観でいつか行ってみようとチェック！
さっそく、休日ランチ、14時15分過ぎに行ってきました。
券売機で食券を買います。
大根おろし蕎麦（４９０円）と蕎麦の実アイス（１９０円）をプッシュ。
ビールは缶ビールのみで350円だったので、あきらめました。
食券を受付で渡して、呼び出しがあるまで席について待ちます。
店内はカウンター3席、2人用のテーブルが7卓あります。
相席のご協力のお願いが貼られています。
入り口のほうに蕎麦湯の入ったポットがあり、奥には給水器があります。
来客はひっきりなしで、あきらめて帰られる人もいました。
出来上がるまで15分はかかりました。
立ち食いとは思えないビジュアルのお蕎麦が出来上がり、取りに行きます。
平打ち麺の上にはこんもりと甘めの大根おろしが。大根の細かく刻んだものは食感がいいです。
十割そばのボソッとした感じがあるが、気になるほどでは。
海苔もたっぷり！
食後に蕎麦アイスをお願いしました。
バニラアイスに蕎麦の実がのっていますが、蕎麦の風味が感じられず。
普通のバニラアイスですので、あえてお蕎麦屋さんでいただく意味がありません。
隣の方の天ぷらも美味しそうだったので、次はあれにしましょう(・_・
