今週は水木のみ。
来週は無し。
再来週は一日（水曜日？）のみ。
時間も限定的。
なのに、なんとなく、お客様は常連っぽい御婦人がたくさん。
店構えがも渋いし、ハッキリ言って、店があることになかなか気が付かない。
ジャズも流れて、どちらかと言えば、バーとか茶店とか、秘密の隠れ家が似合う。
聞いてみたら、レンタルスペースに、調理器具持ち込んでやってるらしい。
ビルオーナーでも無い限り、この開店日程には無理があるという疑問が解けました。
さて料理。
今週のタレと黒板にかいてある。
酢醤油、塩だれ、おろしポン酢、ゆかりビネガー。
定食シングル600円、ダブル900円。
安い。
ダブルは10個。
来た。
五穀米だろうか。
あまり好きで無いのだけど、食べたら美味かった。五穀米見直した。
小鉢は大根の細切りというか千切りというか、サッパリした味でこれまた美味い。
スープもナイス。
さてさて餃子。
気をつけ無いと肉汁が。
一口でパクリ。
美味い。
四種のタレはいずれもなかなか。
ゆかりビネガーがサプライズなうまさか。
こんな店初めて。
