《グルメレポ》
渋谷ストリームのランチで悩んだ末
お邪魔させていただいた串揚げの「串亭」さん。
お昼時は混み合っているので
予約したほうがスムーズです。
今回注文したのは「特選串揚げ御膳 ＜串揚げ7本＞2,000円」。
7種類ということでワクワクが止まりません。
鮭いくら、 海老、 桜海老の真丈、豚ヘレ、 牛メンチカツ、 さわらなど
様々な串がある中で特に美味しくて
気に入ったのがこちら。
◆豚ヘレ
驚くほど柔らかい。
高級なお肉を食べていると思うほど
美味しいヒレ肉でした。
◆牛メンチカツ
噛んだ瞬間に熱々の肉汁が溢れ出てきました。
冷めないうちにいただくのがポイントです。
◆大根
しみしみの大根を揚げた串。
揚げ物にしているとこんなに食感が楽しめるんだ！
と感動しました。
これだけの揚げ物を食べても
野菜もしっかりあるし味付けも数種類あるので
最後まで楽しんでいただくことができました。
