今日も今日とてお好み焼き。
この日は東京遠征で一人おこ。
渋谷駅ハチ公口から徒歩7分。
バスケットボールストリート沿いに歩いていけば、ビルの三階に「じゃけんnou」さんがあります。
渋谷で20年やられている本格広島お好み焼きです。
テーブルもありますが、やはりカウンターが好き。
生ビールを飲みながら焼き上がるのを待ちます。
肉玉そば1000円
トッピング色々ありますが、悩んだら肉玉そば。
山盛りのキャベツともやしに、蓋をしてじっくり蒸し焼き。
そしてギッチギチに詰まった麺！
たまらない断面してやがる！！
野菜はしっかり甘味を引き出し、茹でたての「いその麺」もほんのり甘い！
後半はオタフクソースとマヨネーズで味変。
