その最高の環境の中育った「鹿児島黒牛」が渋谷のど真ん中で食べられるんです。
『焼肉薩摩牛旬』
入り口からガッツリ和牛のお出迎え（笑）
そして店内に入るとそこは金・金・金…。
なんだか目がチカチカして、金運が一気に上がりそうな店内ですね。。。
もちろんテーブルの上も金・金・金。ちなみにこの左の器なんだと思います！？
正解はぜひお店に行って調べてみてね（笑）
コースもあるんだけど、今回はバランスよくアラカルトで頼んでみましたよ。
■特製キムチ盛り合わせ
トマト・アボカド・クリームチーズのキムチの盛り合わせ。
味噌と鰹節が効いているので、少し「和」の要素もあるんだけど、「洋」でもあるしもちろん「韓」でもある変わり種。
なんだけど、しっかりキムチだしなんだかクセになるんだよな。特にクリームチーズは予想外のうまさですよ！！
■タン元
これ食べただけで、このお店のクオリティーがわかるね。肉厚でタンの命でもある食感はまさに最高品質。
タレもいくつか用意されてるけど、シンプルに肉の旨味を味わえる塩とワサビでが1番合うかな。
■ユッケ丼(ユッケ+ライス)
…とここで少し自分たちでメニューアレンジのコーナー（笑）
生肉Loverの俺としては、やっぱユッケいっちゃうよね。しかも今回はなんとサーロイン♡
その極上ユッケをライスの上にOn！！卵黄と合わさった程よい甘さのユッケとライスがまぁうまいこと。。。
こんなLunchがあったら、絶対に食べに来ちゃうな（笑）
■牛旬サラダ
■コムタンスープ
…と肉に少し疲れて来たので、ホッコリ牛出汁の効いたスープを。
■肉ケーキ ★いっしーリコメンド
さて、ここで(多分)看板メニューの登場です。
牛旬に来たらMustで頼みたいインパクト大な逸品はその名も「肉ケーキ」！！(本来はコースメニューですが今回は特別に...)
って別に誰も誕生日ではないんだけどね（笑）
ちなみにコレ塊り肉じゃないから安心してください。。。
部位は大好きな内ももね。あっ大好きってあくまで焼肉の部位の話だからね（笑）
薄切りの内ももはタレにつけた後さらっと炙って、パクリ。その優しく柔らかすぎるエロいテクスチャーがイロイロ想像掻き立てます(ってオイ…)
■シャトーブリアン ★いっしーリコメンド
肉を楽しむならやっぱシャトーブリアンでしょ。
ご覧の通りのサイズ感はしっかりパイナップルorメロンパンのように包丁が入れてあって食べ応えも十分。
ちなみに牛旬は基本的に「セルフ焼き」なんで、ある程度ちゃんと焼き方がわかっている人がいるといいかもね。せっかくのうまい肉、俺もうまく焼けるようにならなきゃな。。。
上品な脂なんでシャトーブリアンと言えども、重くないのが嬉しいね。
■牛肉お茶漬け
はい、まさかの締めも肉です（笑）
お出汁をかけてワサビと韓国海苔をかけてツルッと。
ふぅ…食べた食べた（笑）そしてうまかった…。
ちなみにこれで4人での食事です。
それなりにいい部位を頼んでいるので、1人6,000〜7,000円くらいか！？（お酒は少量…）
このクオリティーでこのお値段なのは、牛一頭買いだからこそ…納得度高いかな。
店内の金ピカ具合はまぁ好みだけど（笑）味は間違いなく一級品。
まだできてばかりのお店だし、1番大切な「味」にハズレはないからイロイロ成長楽しみなお店だね。
