美味い物百貨店パピエビルに13:44に到着。
一階には美味いアフリカ料理店と行列当たり前の豚カツ屋がある。
入店先客3人、カウンター6席のみなので私達2名でほぼ満、メニューは一品ポークビンダルー¥1,000のみ、黙って座れば調理始まる。
半熟ゆで卵はセルフむきで1個/人。
3分後には出来上がり、ポーク肉は中位大きさの2切、真ん中に少しのサラダと刺激味噌類四種、適度に振りかけ辛さ調節！2.0辛、額に微汗程度旨味たっぷりの百名店、ご馳走様美味しかった。
