店内はシックな雰囲気で、クッションの座り心地が良いです。

甘めのタレで味付けしてあり、卵黄と絡めて米が欲しくなります！生なので早めにお召し上がりくださいとのこと！

片面10秒と裏面5秒くらいサッと炙っていただきます！一瞬で炎が上がるほどサシが入っていて肉質の良さがわかりますね‼️
もみダレが美味すぎます！

コロコロ回しながら焼いてくださいとのこと。
分厚い上ミノは塩だれで味付け、ねぎーじょと一緒にいただきました！

霜降りがしっかり入ったカルビで、脂が甘い‼️厚めのカットがうれしい✨

濃いめの味付けの卵スープはけっこう好みでした！ネギのシャキシャキ食感がアクセント✨

もずくとグリーンペッパー
醤油ダレの３つを用意してくれてあり、どれもおいしかったー✨
米は南魚沼のコシヒカリを使用していて、固めに炊き上げてあります。
肉にあう甘めのお米でこだわりを感じました！
雰囲気もよく店員さんの対応も丁寧で、人気の秘訣ですね！
