名前を変えてリニューアルオープンしていた！！
以前は月2回ペースで通っていた排骨坦々麺の渋谷亜寿加、再開発によるビル取り壊しで閉店してしまいネットで移転先を探しても見つからず諦めていたのですが、先日テレビで紹介されているのを偶然見かけました。
久しぶりに食べた排骨坦々麺は、細めのストレート麺、胡麻の効いた塩分濃いめのスープ、スパイシーで薄くて大きな排骨、箸休めの大きめ青梗菜のバランスが絶妙、店の名前が変わっても昔のままの美味しさです。
1,080円でライス&高菜サービスとお値段もとても良心的、麺のボリュームがあるのでお腹いっぱいになります。
また通い詰めることになりそうです。

久しぶりに渋谷の"Renge no Gotoku"へ、注文はもちろん"排骨担々麺"、いつの間にか1,150円に値上がりしていましたがこのご時世仕方ないですね。
土曜日17時頃の訪問でしたが先客はゼロ、"亜寿加"の時と比べると立地が悪くなったのかな？
閉店が19時と早くなり会社帰りに寄れないので私も訪問頻度は減りましたが、味に関しては"亜寿加"のままで、しっかりとした味のスープ(いつもゴマ多めでお願いしています)とスープがよく絡む細麺、揚げたてのスパイシーな排骨が超美味しいです。更には高菜入れ放題のサービスライス付きで、味、量ともに大満足のお店です！
尚、前回と比べて評価を0.2ポイント下げていますが、お店の内容が悪くなった訳ではなく前回が高すぎたので他店との評価のバランスを取り下げさせていただきました。
