19時に閉店ということでハードルが高かったのですが昼に渋谷に用事がありようやく訪問です。さくら坂の近くに位置しています。
排骨担々麺￥1080をチョイスし待っていると約5分後に着丼です。
スープを1口飲むと程よい辛さの担々麺で痺れというより胡麻の風味がしっかり効いている担々麺です。麺はかためにゆでられた芯が残っている細ストレート麺です。上に乗っている排骨は衣がサクサクで中の豚肉との相性はバツグンです。チンゲン菜もいいアクセントになっています。
サクサク感を楽しみつつ担々麺を堪能出来る貴重なお店だと思いました。
