「蓮華の五徳」素敵なネーミングだと思います。
平日の13:40頃訪問しました。
待ちのお客様は無く、空席も多く、
券売機で購入しました。
現金のみで、新500円は使えないので、
店員さんに両替してもらいます。
店員さんが若く、お客さんが両替や着席後に何か頼むとマニュアル通りの対応というか、間違ってない対応ですが、恐らく、エリア的に若い層のお客様も多い中、店員さんも効率よく対応しているのかと思います。しかし、笑顔が無く対応されていると少し寂しいかも知れません。
なので、サービスは点数低めにさせていただきました。
それに引き換え、料理は絶品なので、高得点です。

ライス1杯無料
肉はそこまで厚めではないのですが、排骨の肉なので、納得の出来る大きさ、厚さでした。
ご飯によく合うので、ライスのサービスはとてもありがたいです。
麺も細麺で、次回はかた麺にしようと思いました。
塩味だが、脂身が排骨から出ているので、
塩は塩でも香ばしいお味になっていて、
食べる度に美味しさを感じました。
スープも美味しいので、飲み干してしまいました。
メニューがたくさんあるので、
また違うメニューを味わいに伺いたいと思います。
雰囲気もとても良いお店で、女性の方でも入りやすいと思います。
