▪️Store name [Renge no Gotoku] ▪️Rating Tabelog 3.66 (as of March 2024) Shibuya Azuka, a long-established bone dandan noodles restaurant that closed due to the demolition of the building due to the redevelopment of Shibuya, has reopened in Shibuya Sakuragaoka. Here is the store. It was highly rated by my Ramen loving followers, so I visited on my way back from running some errands in Shibuya! I arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening and was able to enter right away.・What I ordered ◯Barley Sangenton Pork Boned Dandan Noodles 1,080 yen When I handed over my meal ticket, I was asked if I would like rice, so I was happy to add it. There are about 10 counter seats inside the store. There is a sense of cleanliness. Dandan noodles arrive in a bowl in about 5 minutes. A bowl of orange-brown soup with noodles, plenty of bone, and bok choy. The soup has a strong attack, and the rich stock is packed with the flavors of whole chicken, pork bones, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables, and the spiciness of homemade chili oil blended with several types of chili peppers is combined with a gentle aftertaste of home-roasted sesame seeds. The flavor will go away. The noodles are homemade thin noodles that are slightly hard, and when you bite into them, they have a chewy texture, followed by the flavor of wheat, and the flavors of chili oil and sesame that are mixed with the noodles. The bones are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the flavor of the pork marinated in the sauce really comes through, with a hint of spice that goes perfectly with the complimentary rice.
